Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be placed anytime during the day, however in order for an order to ship on the same day, we must receive it by 12pm EST each business day. After 12pm EST, in-stock items will ship by following business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Back-orders will ship as they become available, at no additional cost.

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground for the United States and Canada (3-6 business days), and USPS International Air Mail for all other countries (2-3 weeks). We also offer FedEx Second Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air as rush methods within the U.S.

A signature will not be required for most residential deliveries. However, it is ultimately up to the discretion of the delivery driver.

FedEx requires a physical street address for delivery. If you select a PO Box as your shipping address, your shipping method will automatically revert to USPS First Class Mail. We do not offer rush methods for delivery to PO Boxes.

Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously and do not share any personally identifiable information about you with any third parties. We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you. We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, or personal information to any third party without your permission. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services. In so doing, we collect personally identifiable information when you provide it to us, such as when you subscribe to an e-mail newsletter. We track general user traffic patterns to our web site and also collect and record information from our web host’s servers and from your browser including your IP address, the time, and information about the page you requested.

We use the information you provide to us to keep you informed about topics and products in which you have indicated your interest. We use tracking technologies in a variety of ways, including keeping count of return visits to our site, accumulating and reporting anonymous, aggregate (data collected in mass), statistical information on Web site usage and determining which features users like best.

Returns and Replacements

If you wish to return a product, please email sales@presser.com or call 610-592-1224 to obtain a Return Authorization code before returning the product(s). Please make sure the code is clearly written on the “ATTN” line of the address and be sure to include a copy of the invoice.Please mail all returns to:

Returns may be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. Items purchased on promotion will be refunded the actual cost of the item paid. Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned. Shipping costs will be refunded only if your return is due to a product defect or if you received an item in error. All returned items must arrive in sellable condition.

A special note about software and recorded media—Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media (including videos, DVDs, karaoke CDs, etc.) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap has not been opened.

Credit card purchases will be refunded by credit card credit. Check purchases will be refunded by check. We will issue your refund soon after receiving your return at our warehouse.

Payment, Pricing and Promotions

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept school purchase orders.Purchase orders may be submitted by email to sales@presser.com or by fax to 610-592-1229. Please note that we do not offer any standard discounts to teachers or schools.
