Dr. Earlene Rentz is a full-time choral composer and arranger living in Asheville, North Carolina. She taught choral music in public schools for seven years at elementary, junior high, and high school levels. She also taught choral music education courses in higher education for twelve years.
She has conducted All-State Choirs in Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and Alabama, and has published over 700 choral compositions with 18 different publishers since 1994.
She has a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Montevallo (Alabama), Master of Music Education from Florida State University, and Doctor of Philosophy in Music Education from Florida State.
