STANDARD SHIPPING
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground for the contiguous United States and USPS Priority for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (3-6 business days). USPS International Air Mail is used for shipments to Canada (3-6 business days) and all other countries (2-3 weeks). We also offer FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight as rush methods within the contiguous United States.
Orders placed by 12pm EST using rush shipping methods (Overnight or 2Day Service) are guaranteed to ship the same business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Backorders will ship as they become available, at no additional cost.
A signature will not be required for most residential deliveries. However, it is ultimately up to the discretion of the delivery driver.
FedEx requires a physical street address for delivery. If you select a PO Box as your shipping address, your shipping method will automatically revert to USPS First Class Mail. We do not offer rush methods for delivery to PO Boxes.

If you wish to return a product, please email sales@carlfischer.com to obtain a Return Authorization code before returning the product(s). Please make sure the code is clearly written on the “ATTN” line of the address and be sure to include a copy of the invoice as well as a print-out of your return authorization enclosed in the package. Returns may be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. Items purchased on promotion will be refunded the actual cost of the item paid. Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned. Shipping costs will be refunded only if your return is due to a product defect or if you received an item in error. All returned items must arrive in sellable condition.
A special note about software and recorded media—Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media (including videos, DVDs, karaoke CDs, etc.) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap has not been opened.
Orders that have associated temporary photocopy permission letters for festivals and/or other competitions are non-returnable.
Refunding Digital ProductsDue to the nature of digital sheet music and digital audio files, we cannot offer exchange or refund of a digital product after it has been purchased, unless there is a problem with your file. If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchased product, or if a wrong file is received, please request assistance by sending an email to sales@presser.com. Additionally, please note that all PDF sales are final.
Emailing, posting on websites [or other forms or electronic distribution], copying, printing/publishing, or any other transmission of Digital Download files is strictly prohibited. All digital files remain the property of Theodore Presser Company, and all copyrights are retained by the content owners: composer(s)/author(s) and/or publisher(s) of the works.

We accept all major credit cards. School purchase orders are also accepted via email at sales@carlfischer.com. Purchase order processing for digital purchases will incur an additional $10 processing fee. Please note that we do not offer any standard discounts to teachers or schools.
